Lisa Price, Carol's Daughter founder, launched her new hair product Monoi at the 34th Street Sephora last week to an audience of hair and beauty enthusiasts. The line features shampoo, conditioner, and a mask designed to strengthen and repair the hair. I grew up in a beauty salon and felt super comfy at the event. The celebration included "spokesbeauties" Solange Knowles, Cassie, and Selita Ebanks! Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute were also in attendance, it was like a dream. So amazing the places blogging & photography have taken me!

Solange (swoon) I'm psyched that she has natural hair now. She wore a great canary yellow suit w/ the perfect shoes. I remember the 1st photo that I took of her 2 years ago at the Toni Maticevski show -- CLICK HERE (ps. this was my 1st fashion week too--I was super nervous & could barely operate the camera, lol, 3 cheers for growth)!
