In November, we opened Warehouse Gallery + I finished writing my 1st book, Sew Fab. Sew Fab is a guide on sewing, fashion, and style for budding fashionistas. When my publisher recommended Sabine Pieper to illustrate the book and I looked at her work for a few seconds and said, "ABSOLUTELY, she's brilliant!". I'm sew lucky to have my words alongside her high fashion illustrations and now our work hangs together on the walls of Warehouse too! We each have pieces in the current exhibition, Suit. I have 3 bow ties from my forthcoming line of neck-wear, Tye, and Sabine has 3 pieces from her amazing portfolio, one is below.
Today is the closing of Suit at Warehouse and I'd love to make an artsy proposition to Creative Cookie followers...
