It's been magical to have 2 books! Sometimes I sit and stare like 'how did this happen'? Which is the question I'm asked often by aspiring authors. My friend Nicole A. Taylor, author of the UpSouth Cookbook, and I started a workshop series called Bound earlier this year. Bound is our stories, tips and secrets on how we worked our way to getting our book deals. We want to inspire others. It's not easy to come up with a concept, find a publisher, find an agent, and then write it but it's totally doable!
