Policies for Kid/Teen Fashion & Sewing Classes
The Creative Cookie requires a waiver form to be signed for all students under eighteen years of age by their parent or guardian prior to starting a class, camp, or workshop.
We require at least 4 students to run a class. If less than 4 students are registered a full refund will be given within 10 days of the class start date.
Memberships must be used in the term they are purchased in fall/winter or winter/spring.
In the event you need to cancel enrollment:
- 50% of the class fee will be refunded if cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days prior to the start of class; and
- No refunds are granted for any cancellation made less than 6 days from the start of class
Make-Ups
Parents or guardians must register their kids in advance for classes. Kids group classes will have 1-2 general make-up per membership package: 5-class card 1 make-up; 10- and 14-class card 3 make-ups.
Make-up classes must be taken during another class time, with advanced scheduling. During this time, students will work on projects that need to be completed.
Our make-up class policy is for multi-week classes only offered during the fall/winter and winter/spring terms. We do not offer make-ups for camps and 1-off workshops.
